Its front crystal is over twice as thick as its tallest point than Apple Watch Series 6. This adds up strength and durability to Apple Watch Series 7. The touch sensor of Series 7 has been integrated onto the OLED panel, creating one unified component and reducing display thickness and borders.

Durability and other advanced features

Apple Watch Series 7 is rated IP6X dust resistant. It has a water resistance rating of 50 meters under ISO standard 22810:2010. This means that they may be used for shallow-water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean.
