India VS Pakistan Match Summary: Pakistan Won by 10 Wickets

Today, the sixteenth match of the T20 World Cup was aired which was between the all-time rivals India and Pakistan. Pakistan won the toss and chose to bowl first. The match was held in Dubai International Stadium, Dubai.

Pakistan won the match by 10 wickets and the captain of the Pakistan team, Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizan, and Shaheen Afridi played a very vital role and led the team to victory.

In the first innings, Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul were the two openers. Shaheen Afridi took the most important and biggest wickets of the match.

First, he took Rohit Sharma's wicket by LBW for a duck. India was now at 1-1.

Second, KL Rahul got bowled out. He made 3 runs. India was now at 3-1.

Third, Virat Kohli got out by a catch made by Mohammad Rizwan. Kohli made 57 runs. 

India struggled in the starting because they lost their 2 wickets at just 3 runs. However, the team managed to score 151 runs by the end of 20 overs at a loss of 7 wickets.

Pakistan had to score 152 to win the match. Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam were the two openers. They had a slow start because they didn't want to lose any wickets. The Indian team tried very hard to get the wickets but unfortunately, they weren't able to. 

Soon after, when the Pakistan openers got in form, they led the team to victory alone. Pakistan managed to chase the target of 152 runs in just 17.5 overs (107 balls). Mohammad Rizwan made 79 runs and Babar Azam made 68 runs.

Shaheen Shah Afridi was declared the Man of the Match.
