Harnaaz Sandhu made the nation proud early this week after she won the 70th Miss Universe competition. After winning Miss Universe, Harnaaz has won the most expensive crown ever to date. As per a report published in The Philippine Star, the crown is worth 5 million US dollars which is around Rs 37 crores.

The Miss Universe crown has been changed multiple times in its history and everyone is curious to know about the diamond crown. The crown worn by Harnaaz Sandhu is inspired by nature, strength, beauty, femininity, and unity.

At the center of the crown lies a marvelous modified mixed cut golden canary diamond weighing 62.83 carats symbolizes a woman’s inner strength and reminds everyone that power lies in unity. This beautiful crown is an extraordinary work of craftsmanship. 

The interwoven leaves, petals, and vines in the crown represent the communities of seven continents. Moreover, It is believed that 1,725 white diamonds and three golden canary diamonds have been used for the crafting of petals, leaves, and vines depicting a strong message that we are stronger together than apart.
